BEMA's Winter Summit is a tremendous opportunity to connect with customers and fellow suppliers to the baking industry. We're currently planning our sessions for 2014 and will open Registration December 15, 2013.
You may purchase guest badges for guests to attend the Sunday luncheon for $80 each. Admission to the Saturday Welcome Reception is complimentary for all guests. Guest badges may not be used by BEMA members.
Late Registration Policy: Registrations received after February 18, 2013, will be charged an additional $15 per badge. Late fee does not apply to guest registration. Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations with 72 hours of the meeting. Cancellations received in writing prior to 72 hours before the meeting will incur a $25 penalty. If you require a special meal, please notify BEMA Headquarters at 913-338-1300.

Reservations are accepted at the conference rate on a space-available basis until January 31, 2014 or until sold out, whichever comes first. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
