HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: JUNE 10, 2008
CANCELLATIONS
BEMA will offer no refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the first day of
the meeting (no refunds after June 23, 2008). Cancellations received in writing
prior to June 23, 2008 will incur a $100 cancellation penalty.
The Hotel Viking allows guest room cancellations 72 hours (3 days) prior to first
day of arrival with no penalty. If the reservation is cancelled within 3 days of
arrival, the guest will be charged for one room night per room booked. The Hotel
Viking has established this policy for all guests; BEMA has no control over Hotel
Viking cancellation policies.
