Belshaw-Loeb Scholarship Fund Over the past 19 years, BEMA has awarded Belshaw-Loeb scholarships to 35 individuals from the baking industry to attend AIB courses. The knowledge they have acquired has helped the scholarship recipients become leaders in the industry. As a tribute to Bill's memory and dedication to the baking industry and former BEMA president, there was an outpouring of contributions for the establishment of a scholarship program in his name.
