The 2016 Schedule changes to make the most of your time and deliver a high-impact event, customer connections, and industry education.  The meeting begins for the executive committee and board on Saturday afternoon.  The entire membership and guests are invited to a welcome reception on Saturday evening and to committee meetings and sessions that begin on Sunday morning.

Some of us are "Project Managers" by trade, some have Project Managers as part of our teams, but everyone manages projects to some extent.  Learn to strategically manage time, tasks, risk and people from the Afterburner team.  Afterburner is BEMA's partner for several BEMA-U workshops on project management and leadership.  This teaser will give you a glimpse of what's to come in April at our 2-day Strategic Project Management course, not to mention some guidance and tips you can put to work immediately.

Hotel Reservation Deadline: February 11, 2016

A special BEMA/ASB rate of $179, single/double occupancy, is available to conference attendees at the Hilton. Please make your reservation directly with the Hilton on or before February 11, 2016 by calling (877) 865-5320. When making your reservation please be sure to mention the group code BKT to obtain the group rate of $179.

The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until February 11, 2016 or until sold out, whichever comes first. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes (currently 16.40%). Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. All cancellations must be canceled by 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
