You may purchase guest badges for guests to attend the Sunday luncheon for $80 each. Admission to the Saturday Welcome Reception is complimentary for all guests. Guest badges may not be used by BEMA members.
Late Registration Policy: Registrations received after February 18, 2014, will be charged an additional $15 per badge. Late fee does not apply to guest registration. Cancellation Policy: No refunds for cancellations with 72 hours of the meeting. Cancellations received in writing prior to 72 hours before the meeting will incur a $25 penalty. If you require a special meal, please notify BEMA Headquarters at 913-338-1300.

Reservations are accepted at the conference rate on a space-available basis until January 31, 2014 or until sold out, whichever comes first. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest rate. Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
