BEMA Convention 2026 Chairman of the Board Mark Podl

BEMA CONVENTION

BEMA Convention 2026 brought the baking industry together in Waimea, Hawaii, for a week of meaningful education, valuable connections, and collaborative conversations that strengthened our community and helped shape the future of the industry.

“BEMA is built on relationships. It’s where competitors become collaborators, where ideas are shared openly, and where connections made today create opportunities for years to come. That commitment to connection remains at the heart of who we are and will continue to guide us moving forward.”
— Mark Podl, BEMA Chairman

IBIE Home Page

IBIE

Held in Las Vegas every three years, the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) brings together all segments of the supply chain and professional baking community to fuel the next generation of bakers, promote economic growth, educate and advance the future of baking. All proceeds from this nonprofit event are invested back into the industry.

“As co-owners of the tradeshow, BEMA is dedicated to making IBIE 2025 an exceptional experience for our members and the industry as a whole. IBIE is a showcase event for the grains-based food industry and will be a highlight of your 2025 business travel. I encourage you to take full advantage of sponsorship and educational opportunities, as well as each unique show feature.”
