Q: Tell us about the products and services your company offers:
A: TP Food Group North America is the U.S. arm of TP Food Group, a group with decades of experience in the bakery sector and strong references in North America. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of high-volume thermal-treatment solutions for multiple food segments with a strong focus on bakery.
Our offer for bakeries is wide. Our spiral, swing tray, and step proofers are some examples of the customized solutions we can propose to control such a crucial step in the baking process. Our baking solutions include tailor-made thermal oil spiral ovens, direct and indirect tunnel ovens and multideck ovens for products as diverse as artisan-style bread, pizza and pita. We can offer spiral and tunnel cooling solutions as well as hygienic spiral freezing systems for demanding applications. Our frying systems are a reference in high-speed donut lines where customers match quality targets and sustainable operations. For customers seeking end-to-end solutions, we deliver turnkey bakery solutions that can integrate any of the items above and contributions from third parties.
Q: What is something new or innovative your company has done recently?
A: A key development is the TP5 spiral system, engineered for greater durability, higher production speeds, and improved hygiene, significantly boosting food safety standards.
In addition, we have also launched the Smart Bakery Line Portal—a digital platform that enables real-time, remote monitoring of bakery lines. This intuitive tool helps track energy consumption, optimize product quality, and streamline maintenance activities, offering valuable insights for continuous process improvement.
