Understand the Marketplace and Improve Business Management

The BEMA Intel Industry Summary report presents topline trends for key U.S. economic and commercial baking industry indicators. Two years after its launch at the beginning of the pandemic, Intel continues to be a trusted resource for industry professionals. During Convention 2022, Marjorie Troxel-Hellmer (Cypress Research), Josh Sosland (Sosland Publishing), Jennifer Lindsey (Corbion) and Jason Ward (AMF Bakery Systems) provided critical insights into the industry using Intel data, sharing the silver linings of the past two years.
