
On Friday, June 28, professors Farhad Ameri and Binil Starly from Arizona State University (ASU) joined the Workforce Edition of BEMA Convention to offer members of the baking industry a glimpse into the powerful use of data within the supply chain.

Workforce Edition culminated with a session on the Industrial Data Flow from Machine Assets and the growing complexity of data in factories from Binil Starly, Director of the School of Manufacturing Systems and Network, ASU.

On Friday, June 28, Workforce Edition continued with a session on Building Factory Dashboards for Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) from Binil Starly, Director of the School of Manufacturing Systems and Network, ASU. The session looked at next-generation dashboards and advancements in data analytics and machine learning.
