Hansaloy is pleased to announce that Allen Wright has been promoted to president of Hansaloy
DAVENPORT, IOWA — After an intentional 18-month leadership transition process, Hansaloy is pleased to announce that Allen Wright has been promoted to president of Hansaloy effective December 1, 2024. Mr. Wright has been with Hansaloy for 30 years and most recently served as vice president of sales and manufacturing. Mr. Wright has served the baking industry in several ways including BEMA Chairman 2016 – 2017, American Society of Baking Board of Directors, and currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the 2025 IBIE Committee. Mr. Wright will succeed Kim Brenner in the role.
“Hansaloy has been providing bread and bun slicing blades and other products for 91 years from its Davenport, Iowa location,” said Kim Brenner, current. “We view strong, steady leadership as integral to serving that mission. To that end Mr. Wright becomes the third president of Hansaloy in the past 34 years.”
Mr. Brenner has been with Hansaloy for 31 years and served as president for the past 15 years. Prior to becoming president, Mr. Brenner served as both vice president of sales and also vice president of operations. Mr. Brenner has made numerous contributions to Hansaloy’s success and will continue with Hansaloy as executive director.
