The excursion begins with a narrated, scenic drive through the Kohala countryside to the trailhead to begin the hike. The journey features easy walking, countryside views, and a chance for a quick dip in a mountain stream with cascading falls overhead.
*Fitness level: easy to moderate. Guests must be able to walk over uneven, muddy terrain and manage short climbs. The walking distance is less than 2 miles. 15-Minutes of rugged four-wheel driving.
