BEMA Connect: One Member, One Baker, Connecting

BEMA Connect introduces bakers to suppliers they aren’t currently working with and matches the baker’s needs with your specific solutions. Meet one-on-one with baker guests, speed dating style.

 

Small Group Dinners with Bakers

Connect with customers in a small-group setting. We’ll organize groups of eight bakers and suppliers – spouses/guests included – to enjoy local restaurants.*

 

Golf Tournament

Red Sky Ranch, is the setting for the BEMA Cup.  The courses, designed by Tom Fazio and Greg Norman, feature stunning mountain views. This scramble tournament incorporates rules that make play fun for advanced and beginner golfers alike.

 

Theme Dinner

Who do you cheer for?  Wear a shirt or jersey that celebrates the team whether it’s your alma mater or your kids’ little league club. Enjoy a tailgate party with tons of family-friendly activities.

 

Chairman’s Dinner

Celebrate a great year as we pass the gavel to the next chairman, then dance the night away.  The whole family is invited to this event and “Western elegance” is suggested for attire.

Vail/Epic Discovery Family Day

Saturday, June 22, is Family Day.  Start off with a full breakfast and be inspired by Markey Culver, founder of The Women’s Bakery, which employs women and brings nutritious breads to communities in East Africa. Then, spend the day in Vail and Adventure Ridge.  Vail Village features great shopping and fun restaurants. Want to try a ropes course, alpine coaster or zipline? Take the gondola to the top of the mountain for all-ages fun at Epic Discovery.

MEETING REGISTRATION DEADLINE: MAY 8, 2019

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: APRIL 7, 2019

Cancellations for your BEMA Convention Registration received in writing by close of business on Friday, June 7th, 2019 will be refunded less a 5% cancellation charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday, June 7th, 2019.
