BEMA Connect: One Member, One Baker, Connecting

BEMA Connect introduces bakers to suppliers they aren’t currently working with and matches the baker’s needs with your specific solutions. Meet one-on-one with baker guests, speed dating style on Friday, June 21. *

 

Small Group Dinners with Bakers

Connect with customers in a small-group setting. On Thursday, June 20 and Friday, June 21 we’ll organize groups of eight bakers and suppliers – spouses/guests included – to enjoy local restaurants.*

 

Golf Tournament

Red Sky Ranch, is the setting for the BEMA Cup on Tuesday, June 18.  The courses, designed by Tom Fazio and Greg Norman, feature stunning mountain views. This scramble tournament incorporates rules that make play fun for advanced and beginner golfers alike.

The golf tournament will be held in the morning, please plan to arrive on Monday, June 17 if you plan to play.

 

Theme Dinner

Wear your favorite college team colors to this family-friendly tailgate event on Wednesday, June 19th.

 

Vail/Epic Discovery Family Day

On Saturday, June 22, spend the day in Vail and Adventure Ridge.  Vail Village features great shopping and fun restaurants. Want to try a ropes course, alpine coaster or zipline? Take the gondola to the top of the mountain for all-ages fun at Epic Discovery.

 

Chairman’s Dinner

Celebrate a great year as we pass the gavel to the next chairman, then dance the night away.  The whole family is invited to this event and “Western elegance” is suggested for attire.

Park Hyatt - Location of BEMA Convention 2019The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek is located in the heart of Beaver Creek Village nestled in the Rocky Mountains. BEMA “owns” the hotel for the week – we can enjoy each other’s company in the “living room” (lobby) or “back yard” (lawn and mountain area).

HOTEL RESERVATION DEADLINE: MAY 21, 2019. After this date, BEMA cannot guarantee availability and rates.

Policies
A 50% deposit of your total reservation (room rate and tax) will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
At seven (7) days before your arrival date the final 50% of your scheduled room charge, fees and taxes will be charged.

Cancellation
A cancellation penalty of one night’s room and tax will be assessed if your booking is cancelled up to eight days before your scheduled arrival.
100% of your expected room and tax will be charged if your booking is cancelled seven (7) or fewer days before your scheduled arrival.

Bakers
Bakers are guests of BEMA and do not need to book their own hotel room. Jennifer Prusa will work with you to book your room.

BEMA has reserved various room types for our group. Prices below are exclusive of tax, resort fee and parking fees.*

RUN OF HOUSE ROOMS:
King or Double Queen – $249

Larger families are encouraged to book two connecting rooms. To book connecting rooms, please call the hotel directly at 970-949-1234.

*Sleeping room rates are quoted in US Dollars exclusive of applicable taxes and resort fee. Current tax rate is 10.71%. A reduced resort fee of $15 per night will be added to each room.

Valet parking has been reduced from $30 to $15 per night.
