About IBIE
The largest event for the grain-based foods industry in the Western Hemisphere is jointly owned and produced by BEMA and the American Bakers Association (ABA), with support from the Retail Bakers of America (RBA). Held in Las Vegas every three years, the International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) brings together all segments of the supply chain and professional baking community to fuel the next generation of bakers, promote economic growth, educate and advance the future of baking. All proceeds from this nonprofit event are invested back into the industry.
Known as a “working show,” where millions of dollars of business are conducted daily, IBIE connects the global baking ecosystem, showcasing the complete range of equipment, supply and ingredient solutions, plus new baking technology in 1 million square feet of space.

Exhibitors received exclusive member benefits at IBIE, including advance placement on the show floor. Each year of membership in ABA, BEMA, and/or RBA earned priority points that entitled participants to join Round 1 of the selection process, reserved for members only.
