Collaboration Between Bakers And Suppliers To Advance Our Industry
What is BIF?
BIF is a small group of bakers and suppliers who come together to discuss topics and issues facing the commercial baking industry. The group provides the industry with a strong resource for ideas and expertise based on research and years of experience. Issues they have tackled in the past include implementation of artificial intelligence, exploration of new virtual technologies, preparations for FSMA, the importance of training, how to hire veterans, safety and more.
Hear from BIF Member, Richard Ybarra
“Members of the Baking Industry Forum share our ongoing learning and challenges we see in the baking industry. My company has many operations that rely on the baking industry suppliers to help us continue to improve our operations. The shared knowledge from other members of the forum have been instrumental in several of our operations.”
