DESCRIPTION
The Cadet Program will provide a professional learning experience where participants will develop new skills and participate in the practical work it takes to host a BEMA Convention. You will gain valuable work experience and have the opportunity to do what BEMA does best, networking!
This program will be a pivotal part of Convention 2024. You will be assisting with (but not limited to) the following:
- Knowing the ins and outs of the property
- Creating a welcoming experience
- Assisting attendees to event locations
- Handing out merch and gifts for members
The Cadet Program is an unpaid volunteer program, however BEMA always shows appreciation for its members and team, so you can expect many thanks for the good work that is put in.
