BAKING INDUSTRY FORUM (BIF):
BIF is a small group of bakers and suppliers who come together to discuss topics and issues facing the commercial baking industry. BIF also facilitates panel discussions at BEMA events to keep our membership knowledgeable on emerging trends.

BEMA Intel was developed to help industry professionals better identify existing and potential trends, recognize critical factors impacting supply and demand, and position themselves to adapt to evolving circumstances.

SCHOLARSHIPS:
BEMA has awarded over $10K in years past to support the talent and skill development of the industry. Scholarships are awarded to employees of member companies for successful completion of industry-related educational courses, programs, seminars or workshops.
