BEMA Convention: Workforce Edition is a unique offering of content designed to engage members that handle the daily tasks of the global baking industry a.k.a the Workforce. This conference track will offer virtual sessions on everything from marketing to HR to sanitary design.
Who: The Workforce of the baking industry: sanitary design and engineering, human resources, sales and marketing and anyone else interested in professional development! The more the merrier, everyone is invited!
What: A full day of exclusive and interactive remote learning, followed by two days of participation in traditional Convention programming.
