BEMA will provide complimentary shuttle service from the Hilton Chicago Downtown, 720 South Michigan Avenue. Shuttles will depart from the Hilton’s 8th Street door every 15 minutes.  Taxi/rideshare drop off is available at the Field Museum’s south entrance.

Please use the south entrance at the Field Museum once you arrive.  Parking will not be available at the Field Museum.

Parking will not be available at the Field Museum. For anyone driving, we recommend parking at the Hilton and taking the shuttle to the Field Museum.  Please use the hotel garage entrance on Balbo Drive.

As part of BEMA’s Summit and ASB’s BakingTech guest rooms are available at the Hilton Downtown Chicago.

A special rate of $186, single/double occupancy, is available to Summit & conference attendees at the Hilton.  Please make your reservation directly with the Hilton on or before January 26, 2018 by calling (877) 865-5320.  When making your reservation please be sure to mention the group code BTM to obtain the group rate of $186.

The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced conference rate on a space-available basis until January 26, 2018 or until sold out, whichever comes first.  Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest rate.  Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes (currently 17.40%).  Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation.  All cancellations must be canceled by 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a penalty of one night’s room and tax.
