By now many of you have probably taken advantage of your priority access to IBIE exhibit space! Whether you’ve just submitted your application for Round 2, or already selected your space in the expo hall – here’s the latest on how to prepare for IBIE 2022, the Western Hemisphere’s largest and most comprehensive baking event.
Round 2 Space Assignments
The Round 2 online space selection takes place October 12 – 14 via Zoom and booths are assigned based on a priority points system. We’ll notify all applicants approximately two weeks prior to space selection with information regarding your assigned date and time.

Book in the IBIE Hotel Block and Earn Priority Points for IBIE 2025
Enjoy priority access to the IBIE hotel room block, discounted sub-block with concessions and dedicated service by participating in the official IBIE housing block. Plus, new for 2022: Exhibitors who have 75%+ of registered booth staff booked at an official IBIE hotel will earn three priority points toward their 2025 booth space selection. Housing lists and registration lists will be compared after IBIE 2022 and the awarded points will be added for the IBIE 2025 show priority point calculation. Book Housing Now!
Save the Date! IBIE Exhibitor Briefing (In Person & Live-Streamed)
Join us in Las Vegas for a day packed full of information, updates, reminders and tips to help you prepare for IBIE 2022. During the briefing, you’ll get the chance to tour the North and West Halls and the Tesla Convention Center loop and meet with some of our key supplier partners. During the day we also will offer part one of a two-part series geared toward first-time exhibitors who are new to IBIE, or veterans who would like a refresher of details related to exhibiting at IBIE. This briefing also will be live-streamed for those who are unable to attend in person. The registration link will be available on BakingExpo.com in the exhibitor resources section soon!
It’s Not Too Late!
For anyone who has not already submitted their contact to Exhibit at IBIE 2022, there’s still time. Round 2 contacts and deposits were due by August 25th. Round 3 exhibit sales begin on October 15, 2021 and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis.
