Tom Leach is the Sales Manager for Pneumatic Conveying Systems at CAMCORP, Inc. Tom works directly with clients providing automated solutions for dry bulk ingredient handling systems to meet their specific needs. Tom has worked for CAMCORP for two-years but has been providing the design and supply of dry bulk automated ingredient handling systems for over 33 years. In-house manufacturing allows CAMCORP to monitor and control the output and quality through its wholly-owned production facility centrally located in Willow Springs, MO. The 62,500 square foot facility is located on a 7.5 acre developed plot. The plant opened in January 1999 and now employs approximately 100 personnel. The facility is designed and equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing and material handling equipment as well as two separate paint rooms.

Upon CAMCORP joining, Kelly Allen, Membership Manager for BEMA had an opportunity to ask Mr. Leach a few questions about himself.

Q: What do you love most about working in the baking industry?

A: What I love most about working in the baking industry is providing creative solutions that meet the expectations of our clients and being on the forefront of innovative new ideas.

Q: What drew your company to join BEMA?

A: Joining BEMA just made sense for CAMCORP. I already know many of the members and I am looking forward to being a part of the BEMA team.  I also look forward to the beginning of new relationships and strengthening of existing ones. I am confident BEMA is an ideal fit for CAMCORP!

Q: Tell us anything else you would like BEMA members to know about you or your company?

A: CAMCORP became a member of the Scheuch Group in 2016.  The Scheuch Group with subsidiaries all around the world and headquarters in Aurolzmünster, Upper Austria, is known to be one of the leading global players in the area of air and environmental technology.

As a Scheuch Group member, CAMCORP provides North American customers local access to the largest range of bulk material handling technology and air pollution control available in the world.   Not only is CAMCORP able to design, build, and support its reliable bulk material handling equipment and air pollution control, it can also leverage access to its sister company Schust, for turn-key services such as installation and service.

No other company in North America is able to provide the full scope of bulk material handling technologies and air pollution control for virtually every application.   Although pneumatic conveying and air filtration needs are ever-changing, CAMCORP has a successful history with a focus on designing and building reliable equipment and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
